As the owner & Pilates Instructor of Body Meets Pilates, my goal is to help you gain strength & stamina, reduce (even say goodbye!) to chronic pain, and improve overall fitness in a supportive and fun environment.

I believe that Pilates should be empowering, enjoyable and suitable for every body, regardless of your age, fitness level, or body type.

Whether you’re looking to improve your mobility, relieve pain, or simply feel stronger and more confident in your body, I’ve got you covered!

Where should we begin?

Book an Intro Private Session

In your first session, you & I work together based on your body’s needs and the areas you want to address. The session is tailored to your fitness levels and personal goals, so don’t worry if you’re new to Pilates or haven’t exercised in a while.

Complete the Pilates Intake Form & Waiver Form

After booking your Intro Private Pilates Session, you’ll shortly receive two forms to complete. This will help me plan your first session to maximize the time we have together!

Let’s get your body moving!

On the big day, I’ll have a specific set of exercises based on your goals & challenges. You’ll also be introduced to the Pilates method, including how to properly perform the various exercises and how to safely use the equipment. All you need to do is come in with comfy clothing to move in! (And maybe a water bottle 😉

By the time we’re done, you’ll walk away feeling confident, energized and ready to get moving for the rest of the day!
