Studio Directions

The studio is located at the corner of Long Branch Ave and Lake Shore Blvd W, and behind the barber studio.

As you walk down the alleyway, please find Door #4 and buzz the black doorbell labelled “Body Meets Pilates”.

Parking: There is free customer parking (2-hour time limit) on Lake Shore Blvd. and street parking is also available.

FAQs

Yes! Virtual sessions are available and have the same rates as in-person Pilates sessions. This option is great for those who don’t live near the studio, or for clients who might not be able to make it one week in-person (ie. vacation, travel, etc.) We work with the props or equipment you have access to. If you only have access to a mat, there’s plenty of Pilates that can be done on that alone where you can still experience results! Send a message if you’re interested in virtual Pilates sessions to get started.

The great thing about Pilates is that it can be tailored to just about everybody! It can also be great for post-injury rehab. Once you’re cleared by your doctor for exercise, Pilates is a safe and effective way to recover from an injury and get back to exercise.

All packages expire in 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

The studio has a 24-hour late cancellation policy. You will never be charged a fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the cancellation happens within 24 hours, it’s considered a “Late Cancel” and will be charged a full session fee, or a session will be deducted from your package.
