You’ve tried large group fitness & Pilates classes, but when you look at the other 10+ people in the class, you’ve realized that your body has different needs and goals compared to everyone else in the room.

At Body Meets Pilates, each class has no more than 5 people so that your workout can be tailored to your goals, not to the person next to you.

Say hello to the Pilates Gym

The Pilates Gym is recurring 4-week class series using a variety of Pilates equipment.

These classes are unlike the average group fitness class.

They aren’t drop-in classes — the series was made to have you show up each week, learning beginner/intermediate Pilates exercises. Because consistency = results.

You won’t just be another face in the crowd — with 5 people max in a class, you’ll get plenty of feedback to help you nail every exercise.

These classes were so you can practice Pilates in a small group setting while getting some 1-on-1 attention to your form.

And best of all, you’ll receive a great amount of support & guidance: you’ll be provided with modifications when you need it, and you’re free to ask questions anytime in the class and go at your own pace. 💙

(Don’t worry about “disrupting” or “interrupting” the class because you won’t be! Questions are encouraged)

How to join the Pilates Gym

There are two ways to take the Pilates Gym classes:

01.

Intro to Pilates Gym series

In this 4-week introductory series, you’ll learn beginner & intermediate Pilates exercises at the start of the class, followed by sweat sessions in a circuit-style setup, moving through different Pilates equipment. (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, just to name a few). By the end of the four weeks, you’ll be ready to move into the regular Pilates Gym classes!

02.

Complete at least 5 Private Pilates sessions with Bianca

After completing at least 5 private Pilates sessions, you’ll be ready to join the regular Pilates Gym classes and practice the exercises you were given in your personalized Pilates program.
