During this one-on-one session, we’ll take some time to chat about your goals, health history, and anything else you’d like me to know. Then, we’ll go through a few simple movements to see where your body feels strong and where we can help it move more freely.
After that, it’s time for the fun part — trying out Pilates! Using the Mat, Reformer, and other equipment, I’ll guide you through exercises designed just for you. Whether you’re looking to ease pain, build strength, or simply feel better in your body, this session is all about you.
